Refund & Returns Policy (UK & EU Online Orders)

Your right to cancel – 14 days

For orders placed online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

We will refund the item price plus the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a faster/more expensive shipping method, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

How to request a return

Please email us at info@verdnity.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return costs

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. If items have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them (as you would in a shop), we may deduct an amount to reflect any diminished value.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once opened

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Gift cards

Sale or discounted items are not excluded from your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@verdnity.co.uk. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return and provide a full refund or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been sent back). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
